Balloon Celebration

Balloons are so much fun, don't you think? They make me think of celebrations and good times. Of course, they can also be used for thinking of you or even get well soon. I guess they can be used for pretty much anything!

This card is made with the Balloon Celebration stamp set. I was poking around on Pinterest and saw one similar to this, so I decided to stamp one myself.

It's not easily seen in the above picture, but the balloons were stamped and then I added the Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush over the top. It adds such a pretty shimmer!

Sky Is the Limit

It's one of my favorite times of the Stampin' Up! year! I love getting things for FREE, don't you? If you're not familiar with Sale-a-Bration, here's the deal: For every $50 you spend (before S&H and tax), you get to choose one SAB product - for FREE!

Sale-a-Bration runs from January 5 through March 31, 2016, but there are a few items that are available only through February 15, 2016. These include the Sky Is the Limit stamp set and Perfectly Artistic Designer Series Paper; both of which are used on today's card.

I love the look of the biplane in this set. I always have a harder time coming up with cards for guys. I think this stamp set is going to be used a lot around here!

I'm Still Here!

Wow. Has it really been over a month since I posted here? December was just crazy busy. I spent a lot of time making Christmas cards for classes, but I never got any sent out. (How embarrassing... That IS my "job", after all.) Just for future reference, I am much more diligent and regular at posting pictures on my Facebook page, so if you're ever looking for ideas, just hop on over there. The link is at the bottom of this post.

So since I have so many Christmas cards in my stash, I thought I would share some of them with you. First off are cards made with the Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper. I had a couple of classes/clubs featuring this paper. The more I used it, the more I fell in love with it! The images are reminiscent of those used during my childhood. So without further ado, here are a bunch of cards made with this adorable paper!
