March and April Calendar Pages

I've been busy, busy, busy getting ready for my Sale-a-Bration open house tomorrow!  Even though SAB doesn't officially start until January 24, this was my only available Saturday for the next month!  And of course, now we've gotten some snow.  But usually we Michiganders don't let a little snow stand in the way of us having fun!  I'm sure Jerry will be out doing a little bit of this before the open house starts...

So I've been distracted by making cards for the open house, but I do have the next couple of months for our CD Calendar to show you.  First is for March designed by Sara B.  Aren't these kites adorable?  They're from a new stamp set in the Occasions Mini Catalog called Send Me Soaring.  I remember as a kid it seemed like it was usually windy in March and we would take our kites outside to fly them.  Fun times!

 April was designed by Judy H.  The stamp set we used is My Friend.  It took me a minute to "get it" - these are raindrops falling from the sky!  You know... April showers bring May flowers!

After we stamped them, we covered each one with Crystal Effects, which really makes them look more raindrop-like.
