Look at this cute gift that I got from my downline Diane! It's a red mug filled with M&Ms (yum!) with a coordinating fabric coaster that she made.
Isn't that coaster just too cute? The whole thing just looks so festive and pretty - I don't want to open the bag and eat the M&Ms... yet. They will be eaten at some time. I can only hold out so long before the need for chocolate will overcome the cuteness of this.
The coaster is cut out using the Sizzix large square scallop die and then stitched together with a little bit of batting between the layers. The button is sewed on the edge for a little extra touch. This would make a wonderful gift for a teacher, good friend, or anyone else on your list!
