Blue Ribbon Bling


 Remember the special on My Paper Pumpkin this month!

I made a variety of cards to swap at Convention.  I started with this one, but after I made about 30 of them, I decided this was a little too complicated to make more.
SUPPLIES (as best I can remember):  From Millan.Net
Blue Ribbon stamp set;  Six-Sided Sampler stamp set (words); Epic Day This and That Designer Series Paper; Silver Glimmer Paper; Whisper White card stock; Basic Black, Smoky Slate, and Pool Party card stock and inks; Smoky Slate 3/4" Chevron Ribbon, Stripes Embossing Folder; 1-1/4" and 1-3/8" Circle Punches, 2-3/8" Scallop Circle Punch, Large Oval Punch, Scallop Oval Punch; and Dimensionals.
