Flowers Come to My House to Die

I love flowers, but if someone gives me a living plant, it won't live long at my house.  I even killed a cactus once.  That's probably why I love stamped flowers so much.  They don't die and I can keep them for years and years.

The cards here are made with the Reason for the Season stamp set and/or the Festive Flower Builder Punch (available individually or bundled to save 15%!).  They give me hope that I CAN have pretty flowers at my house!
This card was CASE-d from Janice Urke.  It is such a gorgeous card that I had to make it myself!  The music paper is from the Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper.

Judi Cayton made this pretty card.  Notice the similar elements used on this and the first card?

This card is made with the stamp set only - not the punch.  The Boughs & Berries Textured Impressions Embossing Folder is added for some depth and texture.

I saw this pretty box at a Creative Convention I attended.  It's made with the Festive Flower Builder Punch and Square Pillow Box Thinlits Dies.

This card is so striking with the soft blue striped background and the vivid red poinsettia on the tag with the black greeting.  Gorgeous!

Another card made with just the stamp set.  This was one of the cards from a recent Christmas card Stamp-a-Stack class I had.  The ladies loved it!

And what about this one?  Nice, right?

(Did you notice anything different about this last card?  The poinsettia doesn't match the ones above.  That's because it's cut from the Home for Christmas paper.  Fooled ya!)

As you can see, these flowers are not only gorgeous, but pretty much are protected from my lame gardening attempts.  How do flowers do at your place?  If you have the same black thumb that I do, try stamping some up!

Until next time...
HAPPY STAMPING!
