I saw a card very similar to this one and decided to CASE it for our upscale swap group. The background was made by brayering More Mustard dye ink onto the Houndstooth Embossing Folder and then running More Mustard cardstock through the Big Shot with the folder. You can see a bit of shadowing and depth on the background that this added.
This next card was made by Debra Daam. You should check out her blog at Debra's Stamp Life. Deb gave me this card when we got together to stamp a week or so ago. I love the multiple colors on the leaf. I think it was inked in Pear Pizzazz and then rock 'n 'rolled on More Mustard (or maybe Cajun Craze). She added some Dazzling Details to the leaf veins. I love the sparkle that adds!
So I'm sure these won't be the last of the Gently Falling cards you'll see from me, but I promise to mix it up with cards made with other sets. Really - I will!
And don't forget, if you join Stampin' Up! during the month of October, you can get a Big Shot for FREE!! It's always a great deal to join Stampin' Up!, but this deal is over-the-top amazing! You can join on-line - you don't even have to leave your house! And you'll have so much fun as a part of the Stampin' Up! family and my Chalk-a-holics group. There's really nothing to lose!
