Sprinkled Expressions

I had the most wonderful time yesterday.  Three of my good stamping friends (two in my downline group) and I went to an all day event put on by Ronda Wade.  The whole day was wonderful and was filled with terrific demonstrations, stamping, display samples, card swaps, door prizes (I won one!), home made soup for lunch (yum!) and spending time with other ladies who enjoy stamping.

Of course I met a lot of ladies, but one in particular just "clicked" with me.  Hmmm... is that good or bad?  LOL!  She had a presentation featuring the Twitterpated Product Suite in the Occasions Mini Catalog including the Elegant Bird Bigz Die.  After seeing all of the beautiful things Susan created, I can't wait to get that die!  I'll be showing you some pictures later on this week after I get them downloaded from my camera.
Hi Susan!  Smiley from millan.net

Anyway, on to today's card.  This is one that I made with the Sprinkled Expressions Sale-a-Bration stamp set.  I was experimenting, trying to come up with a card for a swap.  This one was close to my finished design.
Besides the Sprinkled Expressions stamp set, it uses the Everyday Enchantment Designer Series Paper pack and the Everyday Enchantment Ribbon and Brad Pack.  Have I told you how much I love that DSP?  So versatile - and the colors are gorgeous!  Those are both FREE Sale-a-Bration items you can get with any $50 merchandise order.

I wanted to show you recent picture of our Schnauzer, Bella Rose, after I gave her a haircut.  Since it was my first time ever cutting any dog's hair, I thought she turned out okay.  I still have some techniques to work on, but she's still adorable!  (And no, I'm not biased at all!)

This is a recent picture of Webster doing his Webster-like thing.  We have been having church services in our house while our pastor and wife are vacationing in Florida, so this pulpit is up most of the time.  Imagine my surprise when I first went downstairs and saw him lying on the top of this.  It's hard to tell in the picture, but it's not a large, heavy-duty thing.  Webster seems to enjoy sleeping up there.  We call him "the church cat".

As you can tell, he's pretty relaxed...  Wish I could be that laid back!  Smiley from millan.net

I'll be back soon with more samples to share!  Until then...
