Did you enjoy yesterday's blog hop? I was so thrilled to have so many new people come by my blog and leave me comments! Thank you all for visiting and I hope you were inspired to try out some new things with your Big Shot.
Today I'm returning to showcasing cards from sets that will be retiring at the end of this month. This set is Simply Said a set that is so versatile with lots of great images.
Cindy Westerink made this first card with these soft, pretty colors. One reason her card is so striking is because she used three layers of colored cardstock under the white. Otherwise the card may have looked washed out. If you're ever working on a card and you just don't think it looks quite right, try putting another layer of color on it. Sometimes that's just the thing it needs.
Now this next card doesn't suffer from ANY type of softness. It's bold, it's bright, and it's sort of in your face! And guess who stamped this card? I did! I do have a bold, bright side but I don't always let it out. I did on this card though!
The last card for today was made by Michelle Fischer. I love how she covered the cardstock with the heart image with Dazzling Diamonds glitter. It really pops! We stampers LOVE our glitter!
Here are the images in this set. Ordering information is below.

Great projects!
ReplyDeleteJayne! Silly me is just now realizing you have a blog. How terrible is that! It is wonderful and I have added you to my blog roll.
ReplyDeleteI am not going to convention this year. David is getting married in August and I just had surgery. I would be fine by then but just too much for this year.
